PAI (Plant Advanced Intelligence) is commercial ledger and job pricing software for plant hire, quarrying, demolition and earthworks businesses in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The service is provided at plantai.uk.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Each account is for one business. Notify us immediately at paibusiness@outlook.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. At the end of the trial your subscription begins and you are charged the monthly plan price unless you cancel before day 7. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI assistant messages ("credits"). The allowance resets at the start of each billing month and does not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately do not expire and are used only once the monthly allowance is exhausted. Enterprise plans include unlimited credits subject to fair use.
The records you enter remain yours. We store them so you can access them across your devices. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except where necessary to run the service (for example our hosting and payment providers). See our Privacy Policy.
PAI calculates profit, loss, margins and job prices from the records you enter. The accuracy of any figure depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your own data. PAI is not an accounting package, is not a substitute for professional advice, and does not file returns with HMRC or Revenue. You remain responsible for your own tax, CIS and VAT obligations.
You may not resell, sublicense or share access to PAI with businesses outside your own. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, scrape it, or use automated means to extract data at scale.
We aim to keep PAI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, update features or change the platform. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on figures produced by the platform.
You may cancel at any time from within the platform or by emailing paibusiness@outlook.com. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms or fail to pay. You can export your data before cancelling.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland.
